What is Group Coaching?
Group coaching holds all the advantages of one-on-one coaching -
with the added benefits of succeeding with, learning from,
and being encouraged by others!
Group coaching is not only a fun way to grow as an individual
and deepen your relationships,
it is also a great way to give coaching a try
without having to make the same time or financial commitment.
Here's the breakdown on what's the same and what's different:
You and me...and three other people!
Friends, family, teammates, co-workers.
The four of you have my undivided attention while we talk
and the support and encouragement of each other!
Whatever your change-related goals may be!
In group coaching you still set the agenda for each session
and determine your weekly and long-term goals.
Each group member can determine their specific coaching goals.
Or you might choose similar goals to give your group coaching a theme.
(For example: health and fitness goals, job searching, or personal development.)
Four 90-minute sessions in six weeks
Each person has 20 minutes of individual coaching per session.
The rest of the time they get to listen to and support the other group members.
People usually find they have takeaway from every person's portion of the session - even if their goals and topics are completely different!
At the end of four sessions, the group decides if they've accomplished their goals, want to go forward as a group, or pursue individual coaching.
Wherever you're located!
Group coaching doesn't require all the members be in the same location;
they just need to be able to meet at the same time.
Via phone, Google Hangouts, or Skype.
Again - location is no barrier!
Group rates mean a lower cost per person than individual rates!
